As the title says, currently managing notes requires several mouse clicks, one-by-one. I'd at least like the option to multi-select or select-all plus a keyboard shortcut for actions such as archive & delete. I'd also like the option to have notes auto-archive after a certain time period, after being shared or exported, etc.

I am based in the UK/EU so this is essential for compliance with GDPR and data protection laws.
